'Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption is a real thing! In your workouts, push your heart rate up into higher rates for 12-20 minutes and you\'re body will work extra hard (and burn extra calories) for the next 24-36 hours. When I first joined OTF I wasn\'t sure how true this could be but I really say a difference when I started pushing myself a little harder and earning a few additional splat points each workout. Sometimes it\'s hard to push yourself into the orange zone, but the payoff is amazing. Splat points are your friend. Did you know the orange theory workout is only about 4% of your day? Yes it might be kind of tough, but it\'s only difficult while you\'re doing it. Afterward, you\'ll be glad you did. ----------------------------- To subscribe to my channel click this link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIPnWUza_WmOb3zdOe_urow?sub_confirmation=1 -----------------------------'
